The Humira Class Action Lawsuit was filed by a former employee of the J.V. Flowers Medical Center in Florida, who are charged with having an emotional disturbance while working there, as well as other related charges. This particular case involves a number of lawsuits that have been filed by people who have been severely injured because of defective drugs and harmful side effects that have been discovered during certain studies conducted on cilia infections.
As can be seen from the above paragraph, the main source of these lawsuits involves workers being subjected to certain harmful drugs and hazardous substances while on the job. As previously mentioned, these drugs were given to employees without their knowledge or without their consent in the hope that it would somehow help them prevent an injury. However, as these studies showed, some of these drugs were really dangerous and thus caused devastating side effects such as brain damage, organ damage, nervous system damage, and many more. This particular lawsuit seeks to remedy the situation by holding the company accountable for their negligence towards their employees who are exposed to these harmful chemicals.
There is no doubt about it that these top-selling pharmaceutical drugs are very efficient in keeping people healthy.
However, it should also be noted that this does not mean that they are harmless. They can cause serious infections, severe headaches, high blood pressure, cardiovascular problems, and many more. These effects can all be avoided if the proper procedures were followed in the initial stages of their development. However, when they are administered to unsuspecting personnel, it is impossible to control any possible adverse reactions.
In the Humira Class Action Lawsuit, plaintiffs are seeking compensation for their injuries which resulted because of the defendant’s negligence in releasing the harmful drug into the environment.
Although the drug was approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), this does not necessarily mean that the product is safe. There are several factors to consider in determining the overall safety of a product. One of the main factors to consider is how well the product functions within the environment where it was manufactured and distributed. The FDA only approves products based on the level of risks they pose to the environment, and this includes the risk of infection.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff suffered from two different types of infections after working with these harmful drugs.
First, he developed acute lacerations and later on, he developed nerve damage. Because of his condition, he was unable to perform his usual job which led him to apply for compensation to compensate for his losses. The settlement awarded to the plaintiff was the compensation he needed to pay his medical expenses and to compensate for the lost wages he lost due to his injury.
When discussing his case with his attorney, the attorney noticed that Humira is one of the commonly used drugs that contain hydrocortisone.
Hydrocortisone is known as “fury” because it can cause very serious side effects like irritation, dry skin, headaches, and even brain damage and death. He explained further on how Humira increases the risk of infection by causing inflammation of the skin, particularly the nerve endings. He further explained that these damages cannot be removed or treated through typical means. This is why a victim is entitled to seek compensation for the damages he sustained because of Humira.
Another Humira Class Action Lawsuit involves an employee who is suing the manufacturer of Humira after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
The plaintiff claims that when he tried to get treatment from doctors, he was advised not to take this treatment due to the possibility of increasing the risk of infection. After he failed to recover from his breast cancer, his employer then subjected him to the use of Humira throughout his entire pregnancy. As a result of the abuse, the employee developed infections and contract the deadly disease known as off blockers.
As a result of these legal research studies, the Food and Drug Administration is now considering blocking the use of Humira as an ulcer drug. The PDR (Pre Detection Drug) classification is currently the only approved status for this drug. The FDA is currently accepting comments on the proposed changes to the PDRs. This change would allow Humira patients who suffer side effects from its use to recover damages from its dangerous side effects.
I am affected every day. Please watch Humira did to me side effects on youtube.
